The dietitian conducts a nutrition assessment and designs a customized nutrition plan tailored to help you achieve your goals. As part of your health care team, the dietitian has both the scientific knowledge and the counselling skills to help you make dietary changes that will fit within your lifestyle.
Rate*:
- Individual consultation: $150 per hour
- Individual follow-up: $75 per 30 minutes

Since 2012, Florence Ling, M.A., RCC, has supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Drawing on client-centered, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused approaches, she creates a safe, inclusive space for healing and growth. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Florence offers in-person and virtual counselling, with a special commitment to serving diverse communities.

Urgent and Primary Care Centres (UPCCs) provide access to same-day, urgent, non-emergency health care, offering an alternative to visiting the hospital for issues that don't require emergency care.
