The dietitian conducts a nutrition assessment and designs a customized nutrition plan tailored to help you achieve your goals. As part of your health care team, the dietitian has both the scientific knowledge and the counselling skills to help you make dietary changes that will fit within your lifestyle.
Rate*:
- Individual consultation: $150 per hour
- Individual follow-up: $75 per 30 minutes

Since 2012, Florence Ling, M.A., RCC, has supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Drawing on client-centered, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused approaches, she creates a safe, inclusive space for healing and growth. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Florence offers in-person and virtual counselling, with a special commitment to serving diverse communities.

Dr. Yan Li received her doctorate in audiology from the University of California, San Diego. She has practiced in public and private hearing health settings in the United States and Canada for over 18 years. Since 2010, Dr. Li has been a registered audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in British Columbia. She is also a clinical educator for the University of British Columbia, providing training for its audiology graduate students. Dr. Li is fluent in English and Mandarin, and specializes in hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting, and auditory rehabilitation for both adults and children. Dr. Li provides patient-centered care and is dedicated to maximizing the communication abilities of hearing-impaired patients. Before immigrating to North America, Dr. Li graduated from Shandong University School of Medicine and practiced internal medicine in China. Outside of work, Dr. Li enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, reading, and serving at her church.
Urgent and Primary Care Centres (UPCCs) provide access to same-day, urgent, non-emergency health care, offering an alternative to visiting the hospital for issues that don't require emergency care.
